Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stacked 4U ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: Stacked 4U is a personal tracking and organizational tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

  • The App does not replace professional medical advice
  • Always consult qualified healthcare providers before using any peptides or supplements
  • Information in the Peptide Library is for educational purposes only
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on App usage

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data you enter into the App
  • Maintaining backups of your data if desired
  • Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Any decisions made based on information tracked in the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Stacked 4U Pro is available through in-app subscriptions:

  • Subscription payments are processed through your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App's branding without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the past 12 months

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Governing Law
